Harold Eugene Mims (Sam) of Hickory NC passed away on August 16th 2019 at the home of his sister. He was born in San Antonio, Texas July 5 1962. And was proceeded in death by his life partner Tammy Speagle, his grandparents Levi and Lorene Devinny, Abe and Delphia Mims. His Parents, Harold "cooter" Mims and Helen Haas, sister Delphia "Dale" Rudisill, Daughter Charlie.

He is survived by his daughter Pearl-Fox Cope and husband Christopher of Mandeville La, Sons Joey Speagle and wife Pam of Hickory, Michael Speagle of Hickory.
Grandchildren Cassidy and Zoey, Lisa Logan Zack, Kallie. His sister Angela Swickrath and JL Thompson, Brother Darrell mims and wife Shirley.

Nieces and nephews Josh Porch and Tanessa, Clint Porch and Deanna, Amanda Pleasant and Michael, and Jessica Hughes and Ward

Memorial service will be held August 20th at 6:30 pm. Venture Church, at 800 East Main Street Dallas, NC 28034.
